Returns & Refunds Policy

At Deejavu Art and Design, I want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Returns

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to let me know if you’d like to return it.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please email me at art@deejavu.co.uk with your order details.

Refunds

• Once I receive the returned item, I’ll process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Costs

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Please keep proof of postage in case of delays or lost parcels.

Exemptions

Some items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalised orders (unless faulty).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me straight away at art@deejavu.co.uk with photos if possible.
