  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made using the original payment method.

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Exemptions: Custom or personalised items are non-refundable, unless defective.
